Insights
Insights reports show subscription counts, activity, estimated subscription value and successful payments.
OverviewView as Markdown
Reports use different counting units, dates and data sources, so their totals can differ.
- Population comparisons require separate counts of subscriptions, product units and member seats. Their Paid filters also use different prices.
- New and stopped sums history actions. Churn compares loss events with an active-subscription snapshot, not the opening subscriber base.
- Revenue normalizes subscription prices and projects renewal terms. Cash flow sums successful payments by accounting date, without subtracting refunds or fees.
- Consents reads saved statuses; Consent changes counts updated records; Consent source counts history events. Repeated changes can produce different totals.
- Purchase, podcast and logged-in member reports depend on tracked activity. Check event attribution, deduplication and date windows before comparing their totals with payment records or unique people.
For a missing report, check page access and the data endpoint separately.
