1. About Subrite

Subrite AS provides a SaaS platform for managing subscriptions, members and content for media businesses. Use of the Subrite SaaS by our customers is governed by a separate service agreement between Subrite AS and the customer.

2. Information on subrite.no

We aim to keep the information on subrite.no accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees regarding completeness or accuracy. The content is provided as is.

3. No sales via subrite.no

You cannot purchase products or services through subrite.no. Use of the Subrite SaaS happens through a separate agreement with Subrite AS, available on request.

4. Communication with registered users

When you sign up for our newsletter, you accept that we may send you emails related to Subrite. This includes newsletters, product news and updates.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in every email. All marketing emails are sent in accordance with the Norwegian Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven).

5. Intellectual property

All content on subrite.no, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Subrite AS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Subrite AS is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of subrite.no.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the ordinary courts in Norway, with Bergen tingrett as the venue.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
