5. Subrite as a data processor

When customers use the Subrite SaaS to manage their own members and subscribers, Subrite AS acts as a data processor on the customer's behalf. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs that relationship.

6. Sharing of data

We do not share your personal data with third parties, with the exception of:

• Technical service providers (such as hosting, email delivery and analytics) that are necessary to operate our services, bound by data processing agreements
• Public authorities, if we are legally required to do so

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with commercial actors.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

If we use service providers located outside the EU/EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
