Edit a webhook
Open a webhook to change its settings, events and status, view its delivery logs, regenerate the signing secret or delete it.
Open the webhook from the list, or choose Edit in its Actions column. The webhook has four tabs.
General#
Change the name, description, endpoint URL, request method and authentication, and switch the webhook on or off with Active. Inactive webhooks receive no deliveries. Click Save.
The stored bearer token is never shown. Leave the Token field empty to keep it, or enter a new one to replace it.

Events#
Select or unselect events and click Save. Only the events you change are affected:
- An event you unselect loses its delivery log. Subrite shows a warning and asks you to confirm before it saves.
- An event that stays selected keeps its delivery log, even when you unselect other events in the same save.
- An event you newly select starts with an empty delivery log.
Saving the General tab never changes your events or their delivery logs.

Logs#
Each row is one delivery attempt, newest first, with the event, attempt number, status and response code. Click a row to see the request headers, request body and response. The Authorization header is always masked.
Subrite tries a delivery up to 8 times. After 90 days, the member data in the request body is removed. The rest of the delivery log, including the response, is kept.

Settings#
Regenerate signing secret replaces the secret. The previous secret stops working immediately, so update your endpoint with the new one. The new secret is shown only once.

Activate or deactivate a webhook#
In the list, choose Activate or Deactivate in the webhook's Actions column. You can also use the Active switch on the General tab.
Delete a webhook#
Open the webhook, go to the Settings tab and click Delete webhook, or choose Delete in its Actions column in the list. Deliveries stop immediately and the delivery log is deleted. This cannot be undone.
